Palak paneer recipe.
- 250 grams paneer.
- 250 grams palak (spinach)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 tsp jeera (cumin)
- 2 chopped onions.
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 1 tsp paneer masala
- 2-3 tsp red chili powder
- salt as per taste
- You should also fry a paneer pieces in oil. for more taste (optional)
- Take a large vessel (kadai) and add a water in vessel and add 250g of chopped palak (spinch) in vessel and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes in high flame.
- after boiled a palak take out and make a puree of palak (spinch).
- Take a pan and 2 tbsp oil in pan and 2-3 green chilies fry for 2-3 minutes in high flame.
- Add 1 tsp jeera and add 2 chopped onions in pan and fry 5 minutes in medium flame.
- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder in pan and mix well and add 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste and fry until raw smell appears or fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
- Add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp paneer masala, 1 tsp coriander powder in pan and fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
- Add 2-3 tsp red chili powder and salt and mix well.
- Add palak (spinch) puree in pan and add 300 ml of water in pan mix well in medium flame. puree and water should boiled for 5 minutes after added in pan.
- Add a paneer pieces in pan and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes in low flame.
- After 10 minutes dish is ready to eat.
- You can also fry paneer in oil before add in curry.
