- 300 gram Paneer.
- 2-3 chopped onions.
- 2-3 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 2-3 medium chopped tomatoes
- 2-3 bay leafs.
- 2-3 green chilies
- ½ cup milk.
- ½ tsp garam masala.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- 2 tsp red chili powder.
- 2 tsp cream.
- 2 tsp butter.
- salt as per taste.
- 6-7 cashews nuts paste.
Make a onions paste, tomatoes paste, cashews nut paste and keep it aside.
Take pan / kadai . Turn on a heat or flame. Add a 2 tsp oil and 2 2 tsp butter in pan.
After 2 minutes, add onion paste and mix well until raw smell. Add bay leafs.
Add a red chili powder and green chilies mix well and salute for- minutes in medium flame.
Now add a cashews nut paste in pan and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes puree in it and cook for 4-5 minutes well.
After 5 minutes. Add a coriander powder and garam masala powder in pan and mix well.
After that add a ½ cup of milk and ½ cup of water in pan. And add salt stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
Add a paneer pieces and add kasuri methi and cook until the thick gravy.
After that add a cream in pan and mix well for2-3 minutes in medium flame.
After 2-3 minutes turn off the flame and butter paneer recipe is ready to eat.
