  • 500 gm. Skinless chicken.
  • 6 tbsp butter.
  • 2-3 onions.
  • 3 garlic.
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp cumin.
  • ½ tsp black pepper.
  • 2 cups tomato.
  • 2 cups cream.


  •  Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of butter in pan. Flame in medium.
  •  Add a chicken pieces in a pan
  •  After chicken add in pan roast until chicken piece turn in light brown color.
  •  Aside a chicken.
  •  Take a another pan and add 2 tbsp of butter in pan in heat a medium flame.
  •  Add a chopped onions in pan and cook until onion color turn in golden color.
  •  After onion add garam masala, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin, black pepper in the pan. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  •  Add tomatoes puree in pan stir for 5-6 minutes.
  •  After puree add cup of cream in the pan stir for 3 minutes.
  •  Add a chicken in pan and cook for 10-12 minutes
  •  After 12 minutes add 2 tbsp butter, salt, pepper in pan.
  •  After 2 minutes dish will be ready to eat yummy dish.
  •  You can garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves, fried onion.


  • You should take care of chicken pieces do not over cook.
  • If you do not want saucy dish then you use less tomatoes puree in dish.
  • You can also marinate a chicken for 1 hour before cooking. For marination chicken pieces with turmeric, red chili powder, cured and salt for taste.
