Wash Mutton Pieces well.
Take a bowl add a mutton pieces, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, cured, coconut powder, chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, red chili powder in bowl and mix well. And marinate foe 3-4 hours in refrigerator.
After marination. Take a cooker a add 2-3 tbsp oil in cooker and pour marinated item in a cooker and cook for 4-5 whistle in medium flame.
Take care mutton should be cook completely in cooker.
After cook Take a pan add a 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add curry leaves in oil and stir well
Add red dry chilies in pan. And add cooked mutton pieces in pan and fry in medium flame .
Add half cup of water in pan and cook until gravy turns in thick and masala clings to mutton pieces .
After masala clings to mutton pieces and mutton dish dried turn off the flame
Take a serving plate and serve mutton fry with garnishing coriander, lemons, etc.
