- 1 kg chicken.
- 3-4 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
- ½ tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2-3 tsp red chili powder.
- 2-3 tbsp oil.
- 3-5 chopped onions.
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp cumin powder.
- 2-3 bay leafs
- 7-8 coriander leaves.
- 2-3 green chilies.
Take a pan and heat the pan
Add chopped onions in pan and fry until the chopped oinions in golden brown color.
Add a tomatoes and fry for 5-6 minutes

After 4 minutes Add ½ cup of water in pan for gravy. Cover the pan with lid.
And cook until boiling the gravy.
After 10 minutes of boiling. Chicken masala recipe is ready to eat.
You can garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves.
- You can also marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cumin powder. Keep for 2 hours before cooking.
