  • 1 kg chicken.
  • 3-4 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2-3 tsp red chili powder.
  • 2-3 tbsp oil.
  • 3-5 chopped onions.
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp cumin powder.
  • 2-3 bay leafs
  • 7-8 coriander leaves.
  • 2-3 green chilies.


  •  Take a pan and heat the pan
  •  Add chopped onions in pan and fry until the chopped oinions in golden brown color.
  •  Add a tomatoes and fry for 5-6 minutes
  •  Add a tomatoes and fry for 5-6 minutes Add a chicken pieces in pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  •  After 4 minutes Add ½ cup of water in pan for gravy. Cover the pan with lid.
  •  And cook until boiling the gravy.
  •  After 10 minutes of boiling. Chicken masala recipe is ready to eat.
  •  You can garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves.


  • You can also marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cumin powder. Keep for 2 hours before cooking.
