Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside
Take a bowl and add marinated ingredients in bowl and add chicken and mix well. Keep
aside for 2 hours.
After 2 hours grilled or roast the chicken pieces in oven .
You can also use a pan for grilled. Take a non-stick pan and add 1 tbsp oil in pan.
Cook for lightly burn pieces both the side of chicken pieces in high flame. Take care in high flame masala will be burn quickly and do not over cook the pieces.
Make a tomato puree in blender and keep aside .
Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil in pan and heat it.
Add dry spices in pan and fry spices are sizzles sound.
Add chopped onion in pan and fry until golden brown color of chopped onions in medium flame.
Add a ginger-garlic paste in pan and fry until raw smell.
Add tomato puree , turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and fry 2-3 minutes and mix well in medium flame.
Add cashew nut paste and cook the 5-6 minutes and mix well in medium
Add chicken pieces in pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves) in pan and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add half cup of water to making a gravy well. Cook until the gravy will oil.
After gravy boil . Add a cream (optional), garma masala, coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes off the flame and set aside for 20 minute.
Chicken tikka masala is ready to eat.
Yummy chicken tikkamasala serve with rotis, naan, rice, etc.
